Anjanette Delgado
Anjanette Delgado (Santurce, 1967) is a Puerto Rican writer and journalist who writes about sexilio, uprootedness, and social justice. An Emmy Award winner, she is the author of The Heartbreak Pill (2008), The Clairvoyant of Calle Ocho (2014), and El sexilio (2024). Her work has appeared in The New York Times, NPR, and various literary journals. She also edited the anthology Home in Florida (2021), which won a Latino International Book Award in 2022.
